Having worked in management, retail, wholesale and service industries, Aileen has extensive experience working with individuals and organisations in skill development and balancing results with needs of individuals and teams.

Aileen conducts a diverse range of development programmes within organisations, such as team building, leadership, management and supervisory extensions, training development and design, training delivery and facilitation, training needs analyses, strategic planning and visioning, personal, team and organisational transformation, organisational needs analysis, cultural design and redesign.
